Cosmetic bags come in different sizes and shapes. Big or small, each has its pros and cons. For everyday use, I always prefer small cosmetic bags that can be thrown in my purse.
But when I travel, I always look for a large makeup bag that can hold my toiletries and makeup essentials. So, instead of packing things into two or three suitcases. It is better to take a large cosmetic bag with plenty of space and several compartments.
The Kinzd Travel Cosmetic Bag Organizer
When Kinzd contacted me and offered a travel makeup bag in exchange for a review, I was thrilled with how many products this bag could hold.
The Kinzd brand is a small company based in Hong Kong that concentrates on the production of wallets and cosmetic bags.
The organizer bag I received was:
- The model is in black nylon Oxford (Jeanette).
- Waterproof, easy to clean and wrinkle-resistant.
- Size: 9.53 x 6.69 x 5.1 inches (24.20 x 17 x 13 cm)
The first thing I noticed was that it didn’t smell like glue or cheap synthetic leather. On several other occasions, I purchased leather goods online and had to leave the bag in the air for a whole day to get rid of the unpleasant smell of glue or chemicals.
This medium-sized makeup organizer, although called a tote bag, has two main compartments, each with additional pockets and slots.
The Top Main Compartment
The main large zippered compartment is wide enough to hold a full-size cleanser, toner and cream, plus a small separate internal zippered pocket. While I encourage you to take small jars and bottles with you when travelling, this bag can still hold full-size skincare products and even a sonic brush, Braun Silk-épil or any other beauty essentials because it’s big enough wide.
The wide opening makes it easy to see all your items, so you don’t have to dig deep into your bag to find what you’re looking for.
The Bottom Zippered Compartment
The bottom zippered pocket is divided into compartments. Which are perfect for keeping your makeup and brushes in place, which will, of course, save you time and protect your brushes! The slots also come with plastic guards to protect your hands.
The brush compartment is also removable, so you can easily take it out and use whatever brushes and makeup you want, then put it back when you’re done.
I checked the bag and found that it could hold ten makeup brushes at once. Amazing! While no one will be travelling much, it’s nice to know there’s plenty of room for mascara, eyeliner, lipstick, etc.
My final thoughts
It’s nice to have a travel bag organizer that can store all your stuff without having to carry multiple bags and waste time searching for things here and there.
Since the bag has wire support, it will retain its shape.
The Kinzd travel cosmetic bag organizer is durable and easy to clean. All the zippers are well-made, and the side handle makes them easy to carry or hang.
