Moon Mud Natural Soap Review began with the goal of creating “clean” soaps in which every ingredient is chosen consciously and responsibly. They make soap without palm oil or artificial fragrances and use natural dyes. Mud Moor soaps are scented with important oils and colore clays, spices, charcoal, and natural root powders.
They have two packages: Light Side of the Moon and Dark Side of the Moon
This soap is marketed specifically for hands and body, but if anyone wants to use it on the face. They recommend trying Lunar for sensitive or acne-prone skin. Charcoal and kaolin clay absorbs moisture, while rosemary and lavender essential oils tend to be softer.
I had the opportunity to try Nebula, Meteorite, and Dark Matter soaps.
It’s all bar soap, so you won’t find bottles of body wash on their website because they are trying to make Moon Mud eco-friendly and non-toxic.
Did you know that more than 552 million plastic shampoo flasks are thrown away every year, and half of Americans still don’t recycle them?
Nebula Soap Bar
Nebula has a soft, florid scent and a pink color that comes from the Australian rose clay it contains. It is excellent at drawing out toxins and layers from the skin.
Ingredients:
Saponified oils (olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, shea butter), lye (sodium hydroxide, sodium lactate), water, Australian rose clay, madder root powder. Ylang-ylang, and bergamot essential oils.
Meteorite Soap Bar
Meteorite is formulated with finely ground coffee beans, making it the most exfoliating product in the range. I recommend using it during your morning shower as it helps boost your energy.
Also, it works wonders if you have acne on your body. My daughter, who suffered from acne on her back, has been using this soap for two weeks. At the moment, his skin is better; there is less acne than before.
Ingredients:
Saponified oils (olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, shea butter), lye (sodium hydroxide, sodium lactate), water, coffee beans, alkanet origin powder, essential oils of patchouli, spruce, and litsea cubeb.
Dark Matter Soap Bar
Dark Matter is colored with activate carbon, which is great for cleansing the skin by absorbing dirt and toxins. Charcoal can also gently exfoliate your skin, which is beneficial for your skin.
I love the fresh lemon scent that comes from Litsea Cubeba vital oil.
Ingredients:
Saponified oils (olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, shea butter), lye (sodium hydroxide, sodium lactate), water, activated carbon, and litsea cubeba essential oils.
There’s also Helios, an orange that contains annatto root powder, which gives it a little graininess, making it slightly exfoliating. Solar soap is a moisturizing soap; it has additional oils that soothe the skin. Lunar contains kaolin clay and charcoal for better skin detoxification.
Moon Mud soap does not contain palm oil and is made from essential oils and natural dyes.
Lunar Landing Soap Dish
You can also purchase a cute and durable soap dish from their website.
This soap dish has a modern trilateral design that lifts the soap, allowing air to pass under the grate and keeping it dry. The surface is slightly slope, which allows gravity to do its job of channeling the water back into the sink so you don’t end up with sticky soap. Such a simple and brilliant design!
Lunar Landing is made of strong and durable silicone, making it safe to use, especially if you have children around.
conclusion
Moon Mud Soap offers a collection of soap bars for everyone. My daughter loves Meteorite; The purified coffee beans in it gently exfoliated the skin and helped get rid of back acne.
I like Dark Matter the most; the lemon scent is refreshing, and the soap cleanses my skin without causing dryness or irritation.
All of the Moon Mud soap bars I tested lathered well. Providing a pleasant sensation without stripping oil from the skin, and contained 100% natural ingredients.
Remember, you don’t need synthetic additives in your soap to lather or cleanse: coconut oil helps create a rich lather, and olive oil and shea butter are known for their creaming properties.
